You will join us at the Chef's table inside the Smoking Room, where you will be greeted by our Chef or one of our experienced Pitmasters. Together, we will enjoy Aperitivos and Bar Food and discuss all-things barbecue, while observing live the operation of the restaurant's offset smokers. We will go through barbecue history and low & slow technique. At the same time we will do some cold-smoking of our own and enjoy the products of our labor, straight from the smoker! The Experience concludes with a three-course à la carte Dinner. For parties of 3-6 persons. €75 per person. Cost does not include drinks. Wine pairing options will be offered at special prices. Early on, Elena left her career as an architect behind to pursue her love for flavor. Her culinary credo is simple: gastronomy should be about the senses, emotions & experiences. Not about pretense. In 2017, she created Lick the Spoon, a one-of-a-kind patisserie atelier focusing on celebration desserts. Two years later, Elena brought low & slow barbecue to contemporary fine dining and founded Fine Mess Smokehouse. |
